About GardenSong B&Bchrisadcock2019-07-12T22:34:49+00:00
GardenSong B&B was built in 1836 in Natchez, Mississippi. It is a striking clapboard structure on a beautiful corner lot adjacent to two of Natchez’s most historic mansions, Green Leaves, and The Elms. The house is an architectural masterpiece, featuring an amazing three-story oval staircase and three beautiful bedroom suites. Its two lovely front galleries face historic Washington Street, a street lined with crepe myrtles and countless historic homes.
GardenSong B&B’s most famous feature, the award-winning gardens, were inspired by original parterre gardens dating to the construction of the house. Expanded and improved over the years, they were finally perfected by renowned landscape architects Hugh and Mary Palmer Dragan of Atlanta. They have been featured in numerous books and magazines, and provide a relaxing retreat for guests from all over the country.
